Please read the End User Licence Agreement

Installation:
- use phpmyadmin or your mysql interface to create a database for phplocator.
- add a user with full permissions to the created database.
- run admin/phplocator.sql against your database.
- in file dbcnt.php alter database details under // Database setup
- upload all files to your web host

Browse to phpLocator and use a test search to establish PhpLocator is working correctly.
