PhpLocator is a plug in "find my nearest" postcode search solution suitable for any website running PHP and MySql. Website visitors can easily find the nearest listing by simply entering their postcode. Results are quickly displayed, closest to furthest, with details of each entry and straight line distance from the entered postcode.

PhpLocator uses the first 'Postal Areas' section of UK postcodes to calculate results. While this is not accurate to 'street level' it does provide accurate results to within 2-3 miles depending on 'Postal Area' size, providing an excellent solution for a nation wide and regional searches by postcode.

Unfortunately, PhpLocator excludes the following Postal Areas;
IM: Isle of Man; GY: Guernsey; JE: Jersey
